Attention: Please use the easel with water based paint only (e.g. "Mala" paint from IKEA or any other water based paint from a craft/ stationary shop). It can be easily cleaned with a garden hose. A soft sponge cloth and some dish washing liquid can be used as well to help clean the easel if the paint is dry.
