Refund policy

All of our products are made to order and to our customers' specifications, therefore we do not offer any refunds on products, all sales are final. If however you have an issue with an item which you think may have a fault please get in contact with us immediately and we will rectify any issues.

Changes to your order: Please ensure that you double check the custom order details before submitting to us and making the payment. Any changes to your order after the product was started/ done will be chargeable.

Receiving your order: If your furniture/toys are being delivered please check the item(s) over as soon as they arrive, this way any issues that have come from transporting can be sorted as quickly as possible. We protect the items during transportation with little chance of transport damage, but accidents do happen so if there is an issue get in contact as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to get things rectified. We will probably need you to send us a picture of the suspected fault for our team to assess and see what's gone wrong.

The nature of wood: The majority of our items are made out of solid wood, which being a natural product is not uniform in grain or col0ur. Natural wood products are completely unique therefore each item, even of the same design will not look exactly alike. Each piece of furniture and each piece of timber will have knots in varying places which are not a fault, they are part of the natural beauty of solid wood products. Outdoor wooden furniture continues to move, expand and contract with the changes in weather. When this happens small cracks and some movement are to be expected which is all part of the natural aging of wood. All of the above are not faults, they are natural anomalies that happen to wood in the elements and our furniture is designed with natural wood movement in mind. To us, and hopefully to you, each knot, crack and unique mark is a thing of beauty that makes each piece a complete one off.
